Duckbill, our junior winner for 2011, came to collect his prize this morning.
The young angler was ecstatic about his brand new Assassin light rod, sponsored by Basil Manning.
He has already paid his entry fee for 2012 and although he will fish in the senior section he feels pretty good about his chances. In the last comp he ended 7th overall.
His other prizes for l;ast year included a R100 meal voucher at Pelicans restaurant and a bait voucher from Overberg Angling.
As I am writing this he and his fishing buddy Struisfish are already on their way to the waters - ready for some more action.
